OVERVIEW
Caitriona is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She acts for a wide range of funds, promoters and service providers and has experience in advising on the establishment, authorisation and operation of all types of Irish investment funds including UCITS, RIAIFs and QIAIFs as well as authorisation of UCITS managers and alternative investment fund managers.
Caitriona also has experience in advising both lenders and borrowers on fund financing transactions.
BACKGROUND
Caitriona joined the Maples Group as an associate in 2022 having previously trained and worked as an associate at a leading Irish corporate law firm.
