OVERVIEW

Nuala is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's London office.  Nuala advises on the establishment, authorisation, regulation and marketing of Irish regulated funds including UCITS, AIFs and other specialised fund products.  She also advises asset managers on the implications of a wide range of Irish and EU financial services laws and regulations.

BACKGROUND

Nuala joined the Maples Group in 2021.  She previously trained and worked as an associate in the investment funds team of an international law firm.  In addition, Nuala has completed a secondment in London on the legal team of one of the world's largest asset managers, specialising in fixed income products.
