OVERVIEW
Bernadette has extensive experience in the provision of company secretarial and governance services for a wide variety of clients. She acts a a relationship manager and as one of the main points of contact for clients, directors and service providers. She specialises in coordinating and attending directors and shareholders' meetings, the preparation of minutes, the communication with boards of directors on relevant aspects of Irish company law, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
BACKGROUND
Bernadette has previously worked in providing corporate secretarial and governance services as a Senior Manager in Mazars, prior to this she worked in the provision of company secretarial and governance services in BDO, Grafton Group plc and McCann Fitzgerald.
