Areas of Expertise
Audrey is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She specialises in investment funds and advises on the establishment and ongoing operation of Cayman Islands hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Audrey commenced her articles of clerkship with the firm in 2013. On qualifying in 2015, she joined the firm’s Funds & Investment Management team as an associate.
Audrey is a member of the 100 Women in Finance and the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
