OVERVIEW

April is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  She advises on banking, fund financing (acting for both lender and borrower), aircraft financing, structured finance transactions and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings.  She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.

BACKGROUND

April joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2022.  Prior to joining, she was a law graduate in 2021. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2023, April joined the Finance practice group in the Cayman Islands office.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

April is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association, 100 Women in Finance and GirlForce 100.
