OVERVIEW
Aoife is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She acts for a wide range of funds and service providers and has extensive experience in advising on the establishment, authorisation and operation of all types of Irish investment funds, in particular, UCITS and QIAIFs. Aoife also works with fund service providers in connection with depositary, administration and other service agreements.
In addition, Aoife has experience in advising both lenders and borrowers on fund financing transactions.
BACKGROUND
Aoife joined the Maples Group in 2023. She previously worked in the asset management and investment funds group of a leading Irish law firm where she also trained.
Aoife has been ranked as a 'Rising Star' in each of the IFLR1000 2022, 2021 and 2020 editions.
