OVERVIEW

Annika is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She advises on the formation, launch, maintenance and restructuring of all types of investment funds including registered mutual funds, registered private funds, hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters. 

BACKGROUND

Annika is a Maples Group legal scholarship recipient and began her training with summer legal internships at the firm. She subsequently joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2021. Upon admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2023, Annika joined the Funds & Investment Management practice group in the Cayman Islands office.

Annika is a member of 100 Women in Finance and the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
