Angelo Tedesco

Angelo has extensive experience in funding structuring, DCM and treasury transactions with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and joint venture assessment.  He has also involved in some of the major Italian extraordinary transactions successfully completed in corporate finance of credit and banking entities.

Angelo worked for a large Italian investment bank and for some major Italian specialty finance banks as financial and funding manager. In addition to this, he was a former advisor in a big 4 audit company.
