OVERVIEW
Anastassia is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She specialises in structured finance transactions, particularly CLO and repackaging transactions. Anastassia also assists clients with Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings, fund finance and banking transactions.
BACKGROUND
A legal scholarship recipient, Anastassia joined the Maples Group as an Articled Clerk in 2021. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2023, Anastassia joined the Finance practice group in the Cayman Islands office.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Anastassia is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA) and 100 Women in Finance.
