OVERVIEW
Anand has extensive experience of structured finance transactions primarily CLOs / CDOs in both the US and European markets. He is well versed in reviewing transaction documents and creating automated models to recalculate waterfall payments, coverage / portfolio tests. He is adept at developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and delivering outstanding value for the clients and the firm.
BACKGROUND
Previously, Anand worked at Deloitte focusing on Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) engagements for securitisation transactions concentrating on CLOs. Prior to this, he worked with BNY Mellon in their CDO analytics team focused on CDO / CLO waterfall modeling.
