Alicia is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team at the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She specialises in structured finance transactions, banking, fund financing, aircraft financing, repackagings and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. Alicia also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.BACKGROUND
