She specialises in structured finance transactions, banking, fund financing, aircraft financing, repackagings and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. Alicia also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.BACKGROUND
Alicia joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2016. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2018, Alicia joined the Finance group.PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
