OVERVIEW

Alice is an associate of Maples and Calder's Regulatory & Financial Services team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She advises on a wide range of regulatory matters including economic substance, beneficial ownership, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, sanctions, Cayman Islands Monetary Authority licensing and registrations, AEOI and data protection.

BACKGROUND

Alice joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2022. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2024, Alice joined the Regulatory & Financial Services Advisory practice group in the Cayman Islands office.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Alice is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association, 100 Women in Finance and GirlForce 100. She's also a certified mediator with Phoenix Dispute Solutions.
