OVERVIEW
Alex has experience in financial regulation, compliance and corporate governance. She has previously advised publicly listed companies on the Australian Stock Exchange rules and has advised on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues facing Irish and international financial institutions.
BACKGROUND
Previously Alex worked as a solicitor in the corporate department of a boutique law firm in Perth Australia. Prior to this she worked in the financial regulation and compliance unit of a leading Irish corporate law firm where she also trained as a solicitor.
