Aisling advises on all types of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate, real estate financing, loan portfolio sales and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in advising banks and receivers on property issues that arise in restructuring and insolvency transactions.
Aisling joined the Maples Group in 2016. She previously worked for a large domestic Irish law firm for several years before joining the Maples Group.
Member of Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
