03 May 2021

Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group's law firm, is pleased to have advised Welltel on the Irish corporate legal aspects of its acquisition of Fulnett Ltd.

Dublin-based IT and telecoms specialist, Welltel currently employs over 100 people and provides cloud and on-site IT managed services to over 3,000 business customers in Ireland and internationally.
