The transposition of the EU Shareholders' Rights Directive in Ireland, ESMA's UCITS liquidity review, the Central Bank's thematic inspection on cybersecurity risk and proposed new PCF designations for each designated person role are some of the main developments this quarter.


This quarter sees the publication of the law of 25 March 2020 which implements the remaining provisions of MLD5 into Luxembourg law, the CSSF’s first money laundering/financing of terrorism risk analysis and a number of COVID-19 related press releases and FAQs.
