Luana Guilfoyle

OVERVIEW

Luana provides fiduciary services to a wide range of structured finance products, in particular CLOs / CDOs, structured note issues and asset financings.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Luana worked for Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. as a Principal.  Prior to this, she was a Group Manager for Admiral Administration Ltd., now known as Maitland Administration in the Cayman Islands.
