Eugene is a member of the Maples Group's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team, and has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including financial services, landlord and tenant, and professional negligence claims. He has regularly advised on, and acted in, debt recovery, security enforcement and general chancery matters.
