Areas of Expertise
Renee is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She specialises in structured finance transactions (in particular CLO transactions), banking, fund financing (acting for both lenders and borrowers), aircraft financing, and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. Renee also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Renee joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2017. On qualifying in 2018, she joined the Finance team. She has worked in various jurisdictions for the Maples Group including the Cayman Islands and Dubai.
Renee is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
