Dominique Saayman

Dominique has over eight years of legal experience and serves as a director on a wide range of Luxembourg domiciled entities, including investment funds, holding companies and structured vehicles.

Previously, Dominique worked at Intertrust Group in Luxembourg as a Senior Relationship Manager, managing a diverse portfolio, administering investments held in the UK and US markets.  Dominique began her career at Bowmans Law (previously known as Bowman Gilfillan Inc.) in South Africa where she specialised in various areas including, general corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions – particularly in relation to emerging markets such as telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) and broadcasting, as well as privacy law.
