About the Role
The Senior Legal Administrator will be providing general administrative support to the Fiduciary Services Legal team within Amsterdam.
This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join a small team and to develop and further their career as the office grows.
The Senior Legal Administrator will be responsible for providing all aspects of general administrative matters, including assisting the Vice President and/or Senior Vice President with new business enquiries, collating information, due diligence information to on board new clients, Company incorporation, periodic review of compliance files and Company Secretarial work including the coordinating, scheduling and attending board and shareholder meetings, provision of minutes, trade register assistance and providing office support. The successful candidate will also act as a main point of contact for a portfolio of client companies and their board of directors.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to complete tasks in accordance with guidelines/instructions, he/she will be proficient in all MSOffice and Microsoft applications; must be able to work on his/her own initiative as well as part of a team.
He/she will have excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail; and excellent communication skills, both written and oral, must be fluent in Dutch and English and be able to deal with different people at different levels within the organisation and outside the organisation (i.e. clients, outside counsels, notaries, various advisors, banks, etc.).
The successful candidate will preferably have Bachelor’s or Master degree and 2 years’ previous administration experience, ideally gained within fiduciary/notary/law firms or other financial services providers.
