About the Role
The Reception Operations Administrator reports to Operations Manager and supports our operations department. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: assist in the smooth running of the Dublin Reception and office. Primary responsibilities include:

  • greeting and assisting clients, booking catering, managing the meeting room facilities, ensuring all client meetings are professionally organized, assisting staff with any stationery queries and requests;
  • answering incoming calls and managing post and other dispatch and related invoicing management;
  • assisting with equipment and premises issues, assist with day to day business operations, making sure that all day to day operations are running smoothly and effectively;
  • provide high-level customer service in response to all escalated requests; and
  • assisting with coordinating and compliance of existing Covid site safety measures.

What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

• be a university graduate;
• have at least 1- 2 years’ experience in a busy corporate reception administration role;
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving, multi-tasking skills; and
• ability to work in a busy environment
