OVERVIEW

Mignon is a paralegal of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dubai office.  She works across the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands practices, with emphasis on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands corporate law.  Mignon's expertise lies in company formation and related corporate transactions, assisting and advising on general and legal operations of corporate entities.

BACKGROUND

Mignon joined the Maples group in 2020 following similar roles with leading Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law firms.
