OVERVIEW

Karen works on a wide-range of structured finance products including structured debt issues, note and commercial paper programmes, cash-flow and synthetic CDOs, CLOs and securitisations. Karen has extensive experience in legal and securities documentation, having managed ISDA and derivatives documentation teams.

BACKGROUND

Karen previously worked at Rawlinson & Hunter and The Harbour Trust Co. Ltd., Cayman Islands as Vice President, Funds Fiduciary Services. Prior to that, Karen was Senior Vice President, Regional Head Client Documentation Group-ISDA/Derivatives at HSBC in London and New York. Karen has also worked for Intertrust in both the Cayman Islands and Jersey and BNP Paribas in London.
