OVERVIEW

Jared is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  He advises on a range of corporate and commercial law matters including restructurings and financing as well as regulatory matters.  Jared also advises on the formation and maintenance of investment funds.

BACKGROUND

Jared joined the Maples Group in 2021.  He previously worked in the corporate department at another international law firm in the Cayman Islands.   Prior to practising law, Jared was an investment analyst in the family office of an ultra-high net worth individual where he focused on fundamental analysis of global equities and bonds.
