BACKGROUND

Previously, Herbert worked for Ernst and Young in Bermuda, Bahamas and the Cayman Islands (BBC) office specialising in Wealth and Asset Management.  In the Philippines, he worked in asset management and banking industries for various onshore offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Malaysia.  In addition to this, he moved to Grant Thornton- Dublin in the advisory department.
