OVERVIEW

Eoin is an Of Counsel of Maples and Calder's Asset Finance team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He advises on all aspects of aircraft finance and leasing and has particular experience advising operating lessors and financial institutions on aircraft acquisitions and sales, debt financing aircraft, ECA financing, the establishment of aircraft funding platforms and ABS structures.

BACKGROUND

Eoin joined the Maples Group in 2016 and was seconded to the Hong Kong office from 2018 to January 2020. Prior to joining the Maples Group, Eoin worked for a number of years at another offshore law firm in Guernsey where he focused on banking and asset finance including aircraft, fund and property finance. Eoin trained in a commercial law firm in Dublin, qualifying in 2014.
