OVERVIEW

Daegan is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  He advises on the establishment of, and ongoing legal and regulatory matters regarding, investment funds, including registered mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds.  He also advises investment funds on downstream transactions and on general corporate and commercial matters. 

BACKGROUND

Daegan joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2016.  On qualifying in 2017, he joined the Maples Group as an associate in the Funds & Investment Management team.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Daegan is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
