Chelsey Martine

OVERVIEW

Chelsey has several years of experience in registered agent, registered office, and general corporate compliance services for entities located in the US.  Most recently, her focus was corporate compliance, governance, and filing services for international entities.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Chelsey worked at Corporate Service Company focusing on change of agent services, corporate legal solutions and global compliance (preparation of annual general meetings, board meetings, formations, annual reports / annual returns, filing of financial statements, allocating dividend payments, etc.).  Prior to this, she worked as a paralegal focusing on plaintiff's civil litigation.  Chelsey also has over 15 years of experience in hospitality management.
