OVERVIEW

Caroline is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  She specialises in investment funds including registered mutual funds, private equity funds and the regulation of investment managers, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. She also advises on unit trust matters. 

BACKGROUND

Caroline first joined the Maples Group in 2008 as an articled clerk and upon qualifying in 2010 worked in both the Cayman Islands and London offices.  In 2018, following three secondments with Man Group, she joined the investment management firm as a member of their legal team in both their London and Swiss offices. Caroline returned to the Maples Group in 2021.
