OVERVIEW

Tinnie is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. She has acted for banks, financial institutions and money lenders in domestic and cross-border loan transactions involving Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands companies. Tinnie is experienced in drafting and advising loan and security documentation and also has experience in ship finance and real estate sale and purchase transactions. 

BACKGROUND

Tinnie joined the Maples Group in 2022. She previously practised at a major law firm in Hong Kong where she advised on a range of general banking and finance matters. Prior to that, Tinnie worked at an international law firm in Hong Kong focusing on ship finance and practised real estate and commercial law in Australia.
