OVERVIEW

Teresa is a legal manager of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. Teresa represents fund sponsors and investors in various types of investment funds, including blind-pool funds, project funds and venture capital funds. She also advises fund sponsors on on-going internal arrangements, operational compliance, and represents investors in their investment in investment funds.

BACKGROUND

Teresa joined the Maples Group in 2023. She previously worked on the investment funds team at Goodwin Procter (Hong Kong) LLP and Haiwen & Partners LLP, and was a Legal Counsel at the Li Ka Shing Foundation.
