BACKGROUND
Previously, Samantha worked at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP as the Office Manager of the Delaware office and worked primarily in the corporate governance department. Prior to this, she worked at Corporation Service Company, focusing on change of agent services, corporate legal solutions and global compliance.
