OVERVIEW

Rebecca is an associate in Maples and Calder's Corporate and Finance teams in the Maples Group's British Virgin Islands office. Rebecca has a broad corporate and finance practice with particular expertise in banking and finance transactions, including acquisition, corporate and real estate finance, corporate due diligence and joint ventures.

BACKGROUND

Rebecca joined the Maples Group in 2022. Prior to joining, she worked in-house for Bank Leumi in London. Rebecca trained with Womble Bond Dickinson qualifying into its banking practice with a secondment at Santander. She subsequently worked at Gateley Legal.
