OVERVIEW

Olga is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's British Virgin Islands office.  She advises clients on aspects of multi-jurisdictional contentious commercial and insolvency matters and has particular expertise in advising in respect of shareholder and partnership disputes, interim injunctive measures, jurisdiction challenges, breaches of fiduciary duty and corporate disputes, and asset tracing.

BACKGROUND

Olga joined the Maples Group in 2020.  She previously worked at an international law firm in the British Virgin Islands and prior to that worked at Eversheds Sutherland in London.
