OVERVIEW

Natascha is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration. Her practice is focused on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes arising out of commercial contracts, shareholders agreements as well as disputes involving financial institutions. She regularly advises shareholders, insolvency practitioners, banks and energy companies in cross-border proceedings.

BACKGROUND

Natascha joined the Maples Group in 2018 from Akin Gump LLP's London office where she was counsel in the International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution group. Prior to joining Akin Gump, Natascha trained at DLA Piper UK LLP where she qualified into the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group.
