OVERVIEW
Myfanwy is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She advises on the establishment, launch, maintenance and dissolution of investment funds, including registered mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds. Myfanwy also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
BACKGROUND
Myfanwy joined the Maples Group as a summer intern in 2007 before joining as an articled clerk in 2016. She has worked in the Maples Group's London office. Myfanwy was previously an audit intern with Ernst & Young's Audit and Assurance team in the Cayman Islands.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Myfanwy is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association, 100 Women in Finance and 100 Women in Finance: NextGen.
