OVERVIEW

Luke has experience across a broad range of structured finance sectors including securitisation, aircraft leasing, private client and CDO / CLO transactions.  Luke has assisted structured finance entities from an accounting services perspective at the various stages of the structured finance deal, from inception through the winding up if the entity.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Luke worked at PwC as Audit Associate and Audit Assistant Manager in the Asset & Wealth Management department.  Prior to this, he worked as a Fund Accounting Intern at State Street Corporation.
