OVERVIEW

Krzysztof is an associate of Maples and Calder's Asset Finance team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. Krzysztof advises operating lessors and financial institutions on all aspects of aircraft finance, acquisition and leasing including debt financing, EXIM and ECA financing, PDP financing, asset backed securitisations and operating lease structures.  

Krzysztof is currently completing a secondment with an international aircraft lessor in Dublin.

 

BACKGROUND

 Krzysztof joined the Maples Group as a paralegal in 2013. Krzysztof subsequently trained with the Maples Group and upon qualification in 2021, he joined the Asset Finance team.
