Jennie Woods

OVERVIEW

Jennie has extensive experience in and knowledge of the Irish Funds industry and the provision of corporate administration services to investment funds including QIAIFs, UCITS and ICAVs. She specialises in the coordination of and attendance at board and shareholder meetings and the preparation of minutes and communication with boards of directors on all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance matters. Jennie also manages client relationships and acts as a main point of contact for clients and service providers.
