OVERVIEW

Jason is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. His practice involves a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions.

Jason's experience includes advising banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, public and private businesses, investment managers, investors, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their onshore counsel on the full spectrum of finance and corporate matters including in relation to structured finance, banking, derivatives, insurance and capital market transactions together with related collateral and security arrangements, joint ventures, debt financings and investment fund structures.

BACKGROUND

Jason joined the Maples Group in 2022. He previously worked for another international law firm in the Cayman Islands. Before that, he was a managing associate with Linklaters in London
