Heather has over 20 years' experience with international offshore trusts and corporate structures in Bermuda, Geneva and Jersey.  She is knowledgeable in providing fiduciary services to private clients, ultra-high net worth individuals, trust and corporate entities, including investments, partnerships and overseas companies.  She also has extensive experience providing directorship and corporate secretarial services to entities in various jurisdictions and is well versed with the incorporation and liquidation processes in Bermuda.  Heather's knowledge and experience of corporate governance and compliance ensures that her clients meet all the best practice standards.  In addition to this, Heather has assisted in restructuring and reorganisation projects for corporates and trusts.  She is fully conversant on the AML / ATF legislation as well as Bermuda's position in terms of FATCA, CRS and economic substance.


Previously, Heather worked at Meritus Trust Company Limited in Bermuda and Unitas Group of Companies in Jersey where she acted as Director.  Prior to this, she worked at RBS Coutts Trustees (Switzerland) Ltd and BCB Paragon Trust Company Limited in Bermuda as Trust Manager and Senior Trust Officer.  Heather began her corporate services career with roles at some of the UK's largest law firms.
