OVERVIEW

Harmen has experience in corporate secretarial and governance services to Irish and Cayman Islands domiciled investment funds.  This includes the management of board and shareholder meetings and the corporate and regulatory compliance obligations of those structures.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Harmen worked at Waystone and State Street in their corporate secretarial division.  Prior to this he worked at various law firms as a practising Solicitor.  Pursuant thereto, Harmen was called to the Bar (2012) and practiced as a Barrister largely focusing on insolvency law, company and corporate law, property law, contract law, labour law, commercial law, defamation law and criminal Law.
