OVERVIEW

George is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's London office.  George practises Cayman Islands law and specialises in the area of investment funds.

BACKGROUND

George joined the Maples Group in 2021.  He previously worked as a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins in London, advising on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.  Prior to that, George completed his training contract at Latham & Watkins and qualified as an English solicitor in 2018.
