OVERVIEW

Fraser is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's London office. He has experience acting in a range of complex cross-border disputes for a variety of clients as both claimant and defendant. He is often instructed in cases where fraud or breach of fiduciary duty is alleged and has particular experience in obtaining and resisting interim applications at short notice. 

Fraser is named in Legal 500 and described as "definitely a rising star" as well as being "a real pleasure to work with" who is "always ready to help".

BACKGROUND

Fraser joined the Maples Group in 2021. Prior to joining, he was a senior associate and solicitor advocate at a leading international firm in the British Virgin Islands. Before this, Fraser worked as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department of a large London law firm.
