OVERVIEW

Exie provides fiduciary services to a wide range of alternative investment funds, including fund of funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, segregated portfolio companies and unit trusts, assisting with corporate directorship mandates and share trustee appointments. 

BACKGROUND

Previously, Exie worked in the public service for over 17 years in several senior level positions, the last of which was Deputy Global Director – Commercial Services and Registrar of Shipping at the Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands (MACI).  During this time, she serviced a myriad of high net worth individuals by overseeing the global registration activities of many of the world's largest pleasure vessels and merchant vessels.  Exie managed an integrated client services team based in the head office in the Cayman Islands as well as Assistant Registrars located in North America, Central America, Europe and Asia.  Exie significantly contributed to the growth of the Cayman Islands Shipping Registry (a division of MACI) to become recognised as the "Number 1 Superyacht Registry in the world".
