OVERVIEW

Edwina is an associate in the Tax Group at Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the law firm of the Maples Group in Ireland.  Edwina advises on a wide range of tax matters in relation to corporate transactions, investment funds and financial services. 

BACKGROUND

Edwina joined the Maples Group as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency Group in March 2019 and subsequently went on to train with the Firm, completing rotations in Funds and Investment Management, Structured Finance, Asset Finance and Tax.  Edwina qualified into the Tax Group in 2022.
