OVERVIEW

Ed is an associate of Maples and Calder's Asset Finance team in the Maples Group's Dublin office.  Based in the Irish office, Ed's focus is aircraft finance and leasing transactions.  He has worked on, among other things, sale and leaseback transactions, purchase and sale of aircraft, aircraft deliveries, aircraft financings and ABS transactions. 

BACKGROUND

Ed initially joined the Maples Group in 2016 after completing his training contract in a leading Irish law firm. Ed has since gained aircraft finance and leasing experience at Ireland's largest law firm as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity and general commercial law matters.  Ed re-joined the Maples Group in 2022.
