OVERVIEW

Cyndi provides liquidation services across a wide range of entities including companies and partnerships operating as hedge funds, private equity funds and special purpose
vehicles domiciled in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Cyndi worked at Appleby (Cayman) Ltd as a Paralegal in the Corporate and Funds practice group.  She has over 10 years' of experience working with global financial institutions and law firm's referrers.  Cyndi has advised and provided assistance on various transactions across the Corporate and Funds practice group, such as large cross-border financing agreements, registrations and discharge of ship mortgages, voluntary liquidations, strike-offs, dissolution services and intellectual properties assignments and trademark registrations.  Cyndi has also worked for other major law firms attaining extensive experience and competences across various areas of law, including a combination of legal knowledge in Banking and Asset Finance, Investment Funds, Mutual Funds, Private Client & Trust, Shipping and Aviation, Private Equity and Litigation.  In addition to this, she has prior Fund Governance experience as an Associate at DMS Governance providing executive-level support to successful Directors.
