OVERVIEW

Chantal is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. Chantal's areas of practice include a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including joint ventures, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and reorganisations. She also has experience advising on investment funds, in particular hedge funds and private equity funds.

BACKGROUND

Chantal is a Maples Group scholarship recipient and joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2019. On qualifying in 2020, she joined the Corporate team.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Chantal is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association, 100 Women in Finance and 100 Women in Finance NextGen.
